What is the ruling on someone who swore an oath not to do something, then did it, and paid an expiation to a man to deliver to a poor person, but he only delivered it after swearing another similar oath and violating it – is another expiation incumbent upon him?

If someone takes an oath, breaks it, and offers expiation, then takes an oath regarding the same matter again and breaks it a second time, a second expiation becomes obligatory upon them.
