Is it permissible to ask for deliverance from Hellfire outside of Ramadan, and does Allah deliver anyone from Hellfire outside of Ramadan such that they never enter it at all?

It has been reported that Allah grants emancipation in Ramadan, which indicates the virtue of the month. This does not negate emancipation at other times, for it is prescribed for the Muslim to ask Allah for emancipation from Hellfire at any time. This means asking Allah to be saved from the torment of Hellfire and to attain Paradise. The Shari'ah has encouraged this every day and night, and supplication is answered, as Allah the Almighty says: "Call upon Me; I will respond to you."
