Worship is the wisdom behind the creation of man, and it is a comprehensive term for all that Allah loves of sayings and actions, both apparent and hidden. It is divided into obligatory and recommended, and into acts of the heart, physical acts, and financial acts. The rulings of worship are five: obligatory, recommended, forbidden, disliked, and permissible, and they pertain to the heart, the tongue, and the limbs.
