What are the consequences for a husband if he swore to his wife that if she tried on clothes in clothing stores, she would not enter his house, and he now wishes to retract this oath?

If the husband swore by Allah to his wife that she would not enter his house if she did a certain thing, and then he wished to retract, he must offer expiation for breaking an oath (kaffarat yamin). However, if it was merely a statement that she would not enter the house, without swearing by Allah or by divorce, then neither divorce nor expiation is incurred.
