Is it permissible to pray after the Witr prayer?

If the prayer has a reason, such as making up a missed prayer (qada'), fulfilling a vow (nadhr), or being the Sunnah of Wudu', then it is permissible to perform it without any disfavor after Witr. However, if it is an absolute supererogatory (nafl mutlaq) or voluntary prayer, then it is permissible unless one intentionally performs it after Witr. If one does perform it, then Witr should not be repeated a second time.
