Is anything incurred by one who delays cutting the hair until after bathing, subsequent to Tawaf Al-Ifadah and Sa'i, due to forgetfulness?

"Nothing is required of you for what you mentioned, as bathing for a pilgrim in ihram is permissible and there is no harm in it, whether during Hajj or Umrah, and whether it is before or after the first partial release from ihram. The evidence for this is that the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, did it."
