What is the ruling on forgetting to cut one's hair and remembering it the following day, then cutting it after 'Umrah, in addition to having intercourse with one's wife in the Haram after completing 'Umrah?

Shortening the hair on the second day is sufficient and achieves the 'tahallul' (release from the state of ) for .
