Is anything due from my wife for cutting her hair after Tawaf al-Qudum and Sa'i, while she is performing Hajj Ifrad? And is my Hajj and my wife's Hajj valid after I had intercourse with my wife after Tawaf al-Ifadah and Rami al-Jamarat, but before Tawaf al-Wada' (the Farewell Tawaf)?
Whoever performs Hajj ifrad (Hajj only) is not permitted to cut his hair after Say until after stoning Jamrat Al-Aqabah, and shaving or shortening the hair, and performing Tawaf Al-Ifadah. What is obligatory for whoever did that out of forgetfulness or ignorance is a fidyah (expiation) consisting of one of three things: fasting three days, or feeding six needy persons, or slaughtering a sheep to be distributed among the poor of the Haram. Some jurists are of the opinion that there is nothing upon one who acts out of forgetfulness or ignorance. If the pilgrim stones Jamrat Al-Aqabah, shaves, and performs Tawaf Al-Ifadah, everything becomes permissible for him, even women.
