Is anything due from my wife for cutting her hair after Tawaf al-Qudum and Sa'i, while she is performing Hajj Ifrad? And is my Hajj and my wife's Hajj valid after I had intercourse with my wife after Tawaf al-Ifadah and Rami al-Jamarat, but before Tawaf al-Wada' (the Farewell Tawaf)?
Whoever performs Hajj (Hajj only) is not permitted to cut his hair after Say until after stoning Jamrat Al-Aqabah, and shaving or shortening the hair, and performing Al-Ifadah. What is obligatory for whoever did that out of forgetfulness or ignorance is a (expiation) consisting of one of three things: fasting three days, or feeding six needy persons, or slaughtering a sheep to be distributed among the poor of the . Some jurists are of the opinion that there is nothing upon one who acts out of forgetfulness or ignorance. If the pilgrim stones Jamrat Al-Aqabah, shaves, and performs Tawaf Al-Ifadah, everything becomes permissible for him, even women.
