It is disliked for a woman in to comb her hair, fearing hair loss. If dead hair falls, there is no penalty. But if live hair falls due to combing, she must offer a (expiation), which is fasting for three days, or feeding six needy persons, or slaughtering a sheep. Her Hajj is not invalidated by this.
