What is the ruling on one who places a wiretapping and tracking device on a girl with the intention of exposing and harming her, and cooperates with others in doing so, which led to her suicide?

This woman committed a grave error by proceeding with suicide. What was incumbent upon her was patience and repelling injustice or fleeing. We hope that Allah's vast mercy, pardon, and forgiveness will encompass her. The one who commits suicide does not exit the fold of Islam; rather, they have committed a grave sin. Their matter is with Allah; if He wills, He punishes them, and if He wills, He forgives them.
