You must sincerely repent of the sinful relationship and cut off all contact with the man. Forget the past, turn that page, and begin a new relationship with Allah and people. Conceal yourself with Allah's concealment and do not expose yourself, as the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Whoever is afflicted with any of these abominable things, let him conceal himself with Allah's concealment," and "All of my Ummah are forgiven except al-Mujahiroon (those who openly declare their sins)."
