Is it obligatory to repeat the prayers for which one performed tayammum from a painted room wall due to an illness that prevents the use of water?

Tayammum (definition) (dry ablution) is only valid with clean earth (surface of the earth, whether dust, sand, or stones). It has been authentically reported that the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, performed tayammum from a wall, either because it was built from adobe bricks or because there was dust on it. As for a wall painted with modern paints, tayammum from it is not valid unless there is visible dust on it, in which case the tayammum is from the dust, not from the wall itself. However, past prayers performed with tayammum from a painted wall without dust do not need to be made up if it was due to ignorance or following a fatwa (definition), but making them up is more cautious.
