When does a young man reach puberty with the appearance of some, but not all, of the signs of puberty?

There are three signs of puberty for a male: الاحتلام (wet dream), the growth of coarse hair around the private parts, and reaching fifteen years of age. If any of these signs appear, then puberty has been attained. The growth of armpit hair is not considered a sign of puberty.
