Is there any Sharia doubt in making a fictitious six-month accommodation and employment contract in the UK to obtain housing assistance, even though everything is registered, official, and legal?

The fundamental principle is the obligation to adhere to the conditions for disbursing aid. It is impermissible to lie or defraud to obtain it, due to the Prophet’s (peace and blessings be upon him) saying: "Muslims are bound by their conditions, except for a condition that makes a lawful thing unlawful or an unlawful thing lawful." Therefore, it is not permissible to create fictitious employment or housing contracts in order to obtain aid.
