What is the ruling on trading cars with falsified numbers taken from wrecked cars, whether these cars were smuggled or stolen, and is it permissible not to inform the buyer of the true nature of these cars?

Such a transaction is not permissible, as it contravenes the regulations and laws that govern people's lives, sows chaos, and encourages the violation of others' rights. Furthermore, it exposes the perpetrator to punishment and is considered a form of deceit, which the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) forbade.
