What is the ruling on importing cars from abroad that are older than the permitted age and using them without paying customs duties, and falsifying their chassis number to register them in Tunisia?

It is not permissible to embark on the act mentioned, as it violates the regulations that govern people's lives, which must be adhered to unless they contravene Islamic law. Moreover, this act may cause chaos and encourage infringement upon the rights of others through deception, fraud, and theft, which is not approved by Islamic law, and in accordance with the Prophet's (peace be upon him) saying: "Whoever cheats us is not of us." Furthermore, the perpetrator exposes himself to danger, punishment, and harm, or his property to destruction and confiscation, in accordance with the Prophet's (peace be upon him) saying: "It is not befitting for a believer to humiliate himself."
