Is it permissible to perform Istikhara again after marriage due to disputes, despite having performed it before marriage, and must Istikhara be performed with the spouse?

Istikhara is performed in permissible matters and is prescribed when one is indecisive between two options, not knowing which is better. It is not performed for commanded or forbidden شرعي matters. If the intention behind performing Istikhara is to seek divorce from the husband, this is not permissible unless there are legitimate شرعي reasons that permit it. The spouses are advised to communicate, discuss the causes of their problems, and strive to avoid them, while renewing repentance, staying away from sins, and maintaining regular remembrance of Allah (dhikr), supplication (du'a), and seeking forgiveness (istighfar).
