What is the ruling on a woman fondling herself with her hand in erogenous zones without penetration, with the intention of satisfying her sexual desire when her husband is negligent, and is this considered among the prohibited forms of masturbation?
We advise the husband to act upon the : "When one of you has intercourse with his wife, he should be truthful with her. And if he finishes his need before she finishes hers, he should not rush her until she fulfills her need." He should strive to satisfy his wife's desire. If he experiences premature ejaculation, he should seek treatment. What can help him is to fondle her before intercourse. As for a woman fondling herself in the chest or vaginal area during intercourse, this is a forbidden form of masturbation. However, it is permissible for her to fondle herself with her husband's hand, and this is a permissible form of masturbation. Masturbation is the extraction of semen without intercourse, whether it is forbidden, such as extracting it with one's hand, or permissible, such as extracting it with one's wife's hand.
