Does a divorce occur with the statement, "Divorce upon you if you repeat what you did; you go your way and I go my way," in the event of repeating the action? And is this considered a second divorce, knowing that there was a previous single divorce? And is there a possibility of reconciliation after this divorce?

If an oath is made without intention, it is not binding. If you did not intend by "By Allah and I divorce you, I will be on one path and you on another" an oath by Allah or a divorce, then nothing is binding upon you. However, if you intended by it to divorce your wife if she did what you forbade her from, and she did it, then the divorce has occurred. As for your statement "you are on one path and I am on another," if this is what you intended by divorce, and she did what you swore she would not do, then your wife is divorced. If you did not intend divorce by it but rather it was a threat, then either you fulfill what you threatened, in which case you do not break your oath and no divorce occurs, or you do not fulfill it, in which case you break your oath and divorce becomes binding upon you. Since this is only the first divorce, you may reconcile with your wife before her 'iddah (waiting period) expires.
