Is it permissible to carry a phone for Imamate in obligatory prayers due to poor memorization?

It is permissible for the Imam to read from a phone in both obligatory and supererogatory prayers. It is not permissible for an unqualified person to speak about religion, because speaking about Allah without knowledge is among the greatest sins. Allah Almighty says: "And do not say about what your tongues assert falsely, 'This is lawful and this is unlawful,' to invent a lie against Allah. Indeed, those who invent a lie against Allah will not succeed." [An-Nahl:116]. And Allah Almighty says: "Say, 'My Lord has only forbidden immoralities - what is apparent of them and what is concealed - and sin, and oppression without right, and that you associate with Allah that for which He has not sent down authority, and that you say about Allah that which you do not know.'" [Al-A'raf:33]. One must beware of the danger of issuing fatwas and speaking about Allah without knowledge, and of taking knowledge from the internet unless it is attributed to a reliable source. Smoking is forbidden and one must strive to quit it. The statement "my sins are few" involves self-praise, and Allah Almighty says: "So do not attribute purity to yourselves; He is most knowing of who is righteous." [An-Najm:32]. And one must be cautious of all sins and not belittle minor sins, because they turn into major sins through persistence.
