Is it permissible to use the terms "haram" and "halal" outside their religious context, such as saying "ya haram, why are you crying?"?

Saying "Ya Haram" (Oh, what a shame / how forbidden) with the intention of denying lineage is a slander (qadhf) that necessitates eighty lashes. If that is not the intention, then it is not good speech, and the Prophet disliked a man saying to his wife, "Ya akhiyya" (Oh, my brother).
