Did the عزيز مصر (Potiphar or the grandee of Egypt) say, "Indeed, your cunning is great," and Allah approved it and revealed it in the Qur’an, or did Allah reveal it on the tongue of the عزيز مصر?

The exegetes differed regarding the speaker of the phrase, "Indeed, it is of your cunning. Indeed, your cunning is great," in Surat Yusuf. Some said it was Al-Aziz, while others said it was the witness mentioned in the verse. "Kayd" (cunning) refers to machination and stratagem, and their cunning was described as great due to the enormity of their temptation and artifice. It was reported from the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, that the cunning of women is greater than the cunning of Satan.
