Is it permissible to trim the beard due to eczema, and is it permissible to remove all body hair, including the private parts, with a laser?

It is permissible to trim the beard if eczema causes hardship and distress, and its treatment is not available, and trimming it alleviates its symptoms. It is also permissible for a man to remove hair from his entire body except for what is prohibited by Islamic law, such as the eyebrows. There is no harm in using laser if it does not cause bodily harm. It is preferable for a person to remove hair himself. If he needs assistance from someone else, there is no harm in seeking help, provided that the hair is not in areas of 'awrah (intimate parts).
