What is the ruling on studying at an association that says Allah is everywhere, and that the meaning of His saying, Exalted is He, {The Most Merciful ascended above the Throne} is that the Most Merciful seized control of the Throne?

Allah the Almighty is distinct from His creation, established over His Throne above His heavens. The meaning of Istawa (being established) according to the Ahl al-Sunnah wal-Jama'ah (People of the Sunnah and the Community) is highness, elevation, and ascension. His accompanying us, despite His exaltedness, is an accompaniment of knowledge and encompassment. The statement that He is with us in His essence in every place is clear disbelief. It is obligatory to avoid institutes that teach the doctrines of the people of innovation and desires, unless no other option is available and the student is able to refer to trustworthy scholars to understand the reality of their innovations without being influenced by them or falling into doubt, while clarifying the truth as much as possible.
