How do we reconcile the Quranic verse: (They will not taste therein coolness nor drink) and the Hadith "My soul is hellfire"? Are some peoples punished in Hell with extreme cold (Al-Zamhareer), and if so, what does the noble verse mean?

The verses mentioned that the inhabitants of Hell will not taste therein any coolness that benefits them from its heat, nor any drink that quenches their thirst, except scalding water (hameem) and purulent fluid (ghassāq). As for the Prophet’s (peace be upon him) hadith, it explained that the intensity of heat is from the exhalation of Hell, and that Hell complained to its Lord, so He permitted it two breaths: one in winter, which is the most intense cold (zamhareer), and one in summer, which is the most intense heat. This means that Hell contains torment from both heat and cold, and that zamhareer is the intense cold with which the inhabitants of Hell are tormented, and not a coolness that brings them comfort.
