Does the fast of a worker in a salt factory become void if he inhales salt dust or finds its taste in his throat, given its abundance and the difficulty of getting rid of it?

There is no blame on a worker in a salt manufacturing plant who inhales salt dust and tastes it in his throat; his fast is not invalidated by this, because it is something that cannot be avoided, and Allah does not burden a soul beyond its capacity. The jurists have agreed that a fasting person's fast is not broken by road dust or flour siftings reaching his interior without intention, and the same applies to dust from gypsum, flax, coal, barley, and wheat.
