Does hearing the majestic name of God (Allah) in pornographic films constitute a degradation of the majestic name of God and an act of disbelief on the part of the listener, especially given that the speaker does not intend an insult?

It is forbidden to mention the name of Allah when committing sins. Jurists have stipulated that uttering the Basmalah is unlawful when committing forbidden acts such as adultery, drinking alcohol, and eating stolen goods. It is considered disbelief if one intends thereby to deem it permissible or to belittle it. Furthermore, committing forbidden acts due to heedlessness or lust does not negate the sin. Since it is forbidden to mention the name of Allah during these actions, it is therefore forbidden to watch films in which the name of Allah is mentioned while sins are being committed.
