You must glorify the rituals of Allah Almighty by remembering Allah with humility and supplication. Remembering Allah during a sin has several scenarios: 1. Remembering Allah Almighty out of fear and regret for the sin. This person is a sinner due to the disobedience, but obedient through seeking forgiveness and supplication. 2. The remembrance occurs as a habit, such as swearing oaths or saying "Insha'Allah" (if Allah wills). There is no harm in this, as long as it is not done out of disrespect. 3. Remembering Allah Almighty to seek His help in committing a sin, such as starting it with "Bismillah" (in the name of Allah). This is forbidden because it is an transgression in supplication. 4. Remembering Allah Almighty mockingly or with contempt. This is an act of disbelief (kufr) and hypocrisy.

Singing and music are forbidden, and their prohibition increases if they include the remembrance of Allah Almighty, because it contradicts the glorification of Allah and makes remembrance a part of disobedience. For Allah commanded His remembrance for obedience and the rectification of the heart, not to be part of amusement or immorality.
