What is the ruling on a "Masjid al-Dirar" (Mosque of Harm) in Islam? And is Al-Azhar Mosque considered a Masjid al-Dirar?

A "Masjid al-Dirar" (Mosque of Harm) is any mosque built to cause harm to Muslims. Scholars also include mosques built for show or reputation in this category, and it is not permissible to pray in them. Any mosque built on these foundations has no right or sanctity. Al-Azhar Mosque is not a Masjid al-Dirar; rather, it is one of the edifices of Islam through which Allah has benefited Muslims throughout the ages, and from it have graduated many sincere scholars.
