There is nothing narrated from the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, to be said upon lying down after the Fajr supererogatory prayer. Imam An-Nawawi mentioned two hadiths in Al-Adhkar regarding what is prescribed to be said after the Fajr supererogatory prayer, but Al-Albani judged them to be very weak in Tamam Al-Minnah.
