Does the act of memorizing the Qur’an through recitation with a playback device during work apply to the characteristic of communal Qur’anic recitation?

Reciting the Qur’an collectively in one voice is permissible according to many scholars. Sheikh al-Islam Ibn Taymiyyah explicitly stated that collective recitation (qira'at al-idarah) is good according to most scholars, and this includes reciting together in one voice. However, Malik disliked it, and the Malikis have two views regarding its dislike. As for one person reciting while the rest listen, it is not disliked; rather, it is recommended. If the recitation with a device falls under the first three types, it is good. If it falls under the last type, it is permissible according to many scholars and disliked by some Malikis. It must be noted that a Muslim should not occupy work time with anything else that affects work performance, except with the employer's permission.
