It is not permissible for a Muslim to listen to or watch clips that contain insults and curses directed at a specific person, because that constitutes approval of evil. As for caricatures, there is no harm in them if they are purposeful and adhere to the guidelines, such as being free from mockery of specific individuals and from depictions of animate beings that are prohibited.
