Is the circulated Hadith concerning the Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him), which describes a specific prayer to be performed on the last Friday of Ramadan as expiation for missed prayers, authentic or not?

The aforementioned hadith has no basis in the books of Sunnah, and shows signs of fabrication. Similarly, what is known as "Jumu'at al-Qada'" (Friday of Making Up) on the last Friday of Ramadan, and the belief that praying five prayers on that day makes up for all missed prayers throughout the year, all of this is false and an innovation that must be warned against and people must be cautioned from it.
