Is it permissible to lease a warehouse owned by an individual to a bank that deals with usury, given the existence of an alternative that pays less rent?

Renting out a warehouse to a bank that deals in usury is cooperating in sin and violates the Almighty's saying: (And do not cooperate in sin and aggression). Therefore, it is not permissible for you to do so. And whoever fears Allah, He will make for him a way out and provide for him from where he does not expect. And a little of what is lawful is better than a lot of what is unlawful.
