Does Allah forgive the missed days of Ramadan that were not made up after performing Hajj, or must they still be made up?

Hajj expiates sins, atones for misdeeds, and restores a person to the state they were on the day their mother gave birth to them. However, this virtue does not nullify obligatory rights, whether they are due to Allah Almighty (such as Zakat, fasting, expiations) or to people (such as debts). Hajj forgives the sin of delaying these rights, but it does not nullify them in themselves. Therefore, for one who performs an accepted Hajj while owing make-up fasts from Ramadan, their Hajj forgives the sin of delay, but it does not relieve them of the obligation to make up those days.
