How can back pain (resulting from a slipped disc) be treated with the Qur'an and Sunnah?

It is permissible to seek healing through the Quran, for it is a healing and mercy for the believers. It is also permissible to blow into the hands and wipe the body with them, as the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, treated Aisha with the Book of Allah. Ruqyah with the two surahs of refuge (Al-Mu'awwidhatayn) and Al-Fatihah is legislated, and the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, used to seek refuge for Al-Hasan and Al-Husayn with the perfect words of Allah from every devil and evil eye. When the two surahs of refuge were revealed, he adopted them and abandoned all others. The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, used to blow upon himself with the Mu'awwidhat and wipe with his hand when complaining of illness.
