If your father uses the truck for permissible purposes and his earnings from it are lawful, he is not forbidden from earning a living due to the loss of vision in one eye. However, if the laws prohibit him from driving for this reason, then he is not permitted to violate the laws and must stop driving. If the vehicle is his property, you have no right to prevent him from driving it. But if it truly belongs to your mother, she has the right to prevent him and dispose of it as she wishes. It is obligatory upon you to be dutiful and kind to your father.
