How is inheritance distributed for a married woman who has money, has no children, has three unmarried brothers and three married sisters, and a mother? And does the husband who abandoned her and does not provide for her inherit? And is it permissible for her to write a will with her money to her family without her husband?

It is not permissible to use deception to deprive the husband of his right to inheritance, and a will in favor of an heir is not permissible except with the consent of the other heirs. If the testator intends to harm one of the heirs, their will is not enforced, and they are treated in opposition to their corrupt intention. Causing harm through a will is a major sin. It is permissible to demand the husband fulfill his obligations through the Sharia courts, but forgiveness is better for those who are able.
