Does visiting the Noble Rawdah—which has no relation to the Prophet's grave—exempt the visitor from the curse upon "grave visitors"?

Scholars differ on the ruling concerning women visiting graves. Those who permit it have their interpretations. Even according to the view of prohibition, a woman visiting the Rawdah Sharifah (Noble Garden) is not included in that, as the Rawdah is not part of the grave. It is permissible for a woman to pray in the Prophetic Rawdah, provided she does not crowd men. The ruling for the reward of prayer in the Prophet's Mosque is consistent: prayer therein is better than a thousand prayers in any other mosque, except for the Sacred Mosque (Masjid al-Haram (definition)).
