Are the pimples on the face, chest, back, and shoulders a result of masturbation and frequent seminal emissions during sleep?

It is obligatory for one who suffers from this condition to perform ghusl (definition) (ritual bath) from major impurity and offer the prayer at its prescribed time. If there is a legitimate excuse, such as fear of perishing or illness, then it is permissible to delay ghusl and perform tayammum (definition) (dry ablution) for prayer. The prayer performed with tayammum does not need to be repeated after ghusl, following the example of the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, with Amr ibn al-Aas, may Allah be pleased with him. As for the pimples, it is not unlikely that they are a result of masturbation, due to its harms.
