Assisting a man in extracting semen (maniy) through masturbation is forbidden and requires repentance. However, if semen moves but is not emitted, scholars have differed regarding the obligation of ghusl. The preponderant opinion is that ghusl is not obligatory when it is not emitted, as there is no cause for ghusl. We advise against suppressing it due to its harm.
