The answer

If your daughter reaches the age of fifteen, fasting and all other obligatory acts of worship become incumbent upon her. If she is unable to fast due to an illness from which recovery is hoped, she is permitted to break her fast, with the obligation to make up the missed days whenever she is able to do so, as Allah Almighty says: (So whoever among you is ill or on a journey [during them] then [he must make up] an equal number of other days). If the illness is one from which recovery is not hoped, then she should break her fast and feed a poor person for each day she did not fast, as Allah Almighty says: (And upon those who are able [to fast, but with difficulty] - a ransom [as substitute] of feeding a poor person).
