Is what is known as "Khatm Al-Shifa" (The Healing Seal), which involves repeating "Ya Salam" (O Giver of Peace) 12,500 times, reciting Surahs Ya-Sin and Ar-Rahman 40 times, and feeding the poor, legislated in Islam, and did the Prophet (peace be upon him) do it?

A healing ring is an innovated Bid'ah (innovation), and dedicating specific surahs (chapters of the Qur'an) and adhkar (remembrances) to it is not supported by any religious evidence. What is authentically transmitted in religion is supplicating for the sick person and asking Allah for their healing, such as the supplication mentioned in the Hadith: "I ask Allah, the Mighty, the Lord of the Mighty Throne, to cure you." Likewise, charity is among the things that bring good, according to the saying of the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him: "O Allah, grant compensation to the one who spends [in charity]."
