What is the ruling on a man marrying the mother of his children's maternal uncle, and combining her with his current wife?

It is permissible to combine a woman and her stepdaughter [in marriage], and this is the opinion of the majority of scholars. They based their argument on Allah's saying: "And lawful for you are what is beyond those" (Quran 4:24); and because there is no kinship between them.
