Will God reveal Himself on the Day of Judgment?

The phrase "reveals Himself" is not mentioned in the revelatory texts. However, it is firmly established that believers will see Allah, the Exalted, in the Hereafter with their own eyes, as stated in His Almighty قول (saying): "Some faces, that Day, will be radiant, looking at their Lord." (Quran 75:22-23) And authentic hadiths from the Prophet (peace be upon him) confirm this vision without any ambiguity. As for His Almighty قول (saying): "The Day the Shin shall be uncovered" (Quran 68:42), the exegetes have explained it to mean that Allah will uncover His Shin on the Day of Resurrection, whereupon the believers will prostrate to Him, unlike the hypocrites.
