How do I make marine hunting permissible despite the presence of poisonous fish?

If it is confirmed that there are poisonous fish in the sea that cause harm when eaten, then eating them is prohibited due to their harmfulness, based on the Hadith: "There should be no harm or reciprocal harm." However, if their harm can be avoided, then they are not prohibited, and they remain permissible according to the general permissibility stated in the Prophet's (PBUH) saying about the sea: "Its water is pure and its dead creatures are lawful." Imam Malik permitted eating land snakes if their poison was deemed safe, while the majority of scholars prohibited eating snakes and other vermin, considering them repugnant.
