Are these two phrases considered implicit divorce statements: "There are twenty million women other than you" and "May Allah grant prosperity"?

A man's statement to his wife, "There are twenty million women other than you," is among the allusions to divorce (kinayat al-talaq (definition)). Divorce occurs with it if he intended it, because it could signify either divorce or merely an informative statement. As for his saying, "May Allah grant profit" (Allah yarbah), it is not considered among the allusions to divorce unless he said it in a context indicating divorce and he intended it, such as if it were a response to her asking about divorce. However, if he said it outside the context of divorce, no divorce occurs with it, even if he intended it.
