What is the ruling on naming a newborn Maladh (ملاذ)?

It is permissible to name a newborn "Malādh" (with a light Lām), because it means refuge and fortress. However, "Mallādh" (with a heavy Lām) is not permissible to use as a name, because it means a liar who feigns sincerity, and whose affection is not genuine.
