Is it permissible for an employee to buy their company's product at a discounted price and sell it at market price to make a profit, knowing that this right is restricted to a specific quantity and once every 3 years?

If an employee purchases a commodity from their company with their consent, they are free to dispose of it by selling or gifting it, based on the Almighty's saying: "{unless it is a trade by mutual consent from among you}," and the Prophet's (peace be upon him) saying: "Indeed, trade is by mutual consent."

However, if the company stipulates to the employee that they must not sell the commodity, this condition contradicts the essence of the sale. We have previously favored in past fatwas that the contract is null and void in such a case, and each party must return what they possess to the other.
