Why did the Holy Quran not mention the specific reward for women in the Hereafter, despite its repeated mention of the reward for men and the houri, and does this mean that Islam is a religion of male dominance?

Allah wrongs no one. He revealed the Sharia for men and women equally. Thus, every address to men in the Quran includes women, unless there is evidence indicating a distinction. As for the recompense of women in the Hereafter, the verses confirm that Allah does not waste the work of any worker, male or female, and that whoever does righteous deeds, male or female, while being a believer, will enter Paradise and be amply rewarded without injustice. Verses have been revealed specifically mentioning women in the Quran, such as the verse: ﴿Indeed, Muslim men and Muslim women, believing men and believing women﴾.
